Bread is placed in the right compartment, then the loaves are pushed to the left using a slider. In the middle between the left and right compartment, the knife rotates and cuts the bread to the desired thickness. The cut slices are pushed into the left compartment, where they are held straight by the slice holder. After cutting, you can take out the slices and bag them on the bag rail.
