Who is trading in a commercial or business capacity?
The legislature says about this; "Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity." §14 BGB
If you trade commercially, you should definitely register a commercial account.
Please note that as a retailer you are subject to extensive obligations, which you must ensure that you comply with. These include, for example, the imprint obligation, cancellation policy, etc.
