WP CCR59 conical rounder, in Kemper design, is suitable for processing all types of dough such as wheat dough, mixed wheat dough, mixed rye dough and grain dough. The dough pieces are introduced on the cylinder part of the machine with an adjustable channel and, by turning the cone, are conveyed upwards using specially shaped channels and rounded. The Teflon coating of the channel and cone prevents the dough pieces from sticking and minimizes the formation of crumbs.
