Benier MS 500 long molding machine: The MS500 system has been specially developed for dough textures that are to be degassed for the purpose of fine-pored crumb structure. That is why we use the unique Benier drum roller principle. The dough sheet remains in a central position, only shrinks to a very small extent and is stretchable when it comes out of the roller. A spring controls the Teflon coated pressure roller. This reduces the strength of the seam and makes for a smooth, flush transition. Teflon-coated feed funnel for centering the dough pieces Stainless steel winding net between the long-molding head piece and the pressure plate Pressure plate with a V-shaped pattern and independently adjustable side guides. Weight range 50-1200 grams, output max. 2200 pieces / hour, dough length at least 130 mm, year of construction 1999. Pictures BEFORE overhaul.
