The models PN 800 - PN 5000 are additionally equipped with a temperature display of the pressing neck; thus the water cooling can be optimally adjusted.
The Häussler pasta machines guarantee consistently good pasta quality, even in continuous production. The standard water cooling gives you a rich, yellow pasta.
The long press channel results in a high and continuous hourly output.
